Zoe has kept Scottie clean and de-matted twice (since September). She takes her time and makes sure he is very neat and happy. This time (December) when she finished with Scottie, he did not want to leave her mobile van! I asked about my girl Jackie, who is mostly black and her nails are black that makes it difficult to keep them cut. She told me she would have no problems with it, so I will reach out to her soon to do that. Thanks once and again. Also, she is the only groomer that I have reached out to that charges good rates and doesn't flake on me like some groomers have. Love Scottie.

Zoe and her assistant were very sweet, ON TIME, listened to my reservations (my cat is anxious, and was actually refused service from a prior groomer). She assured me she could handle him. My cat Louie did not seem to mind, Zoe sent pictures of him getting his spa day. When he was returned he smelled good and was not anxious at all. He was his normal self. She/her team will be my normal groomers. Thanos ZZ's Petcare!

I was looking for a replacement for the groomer that provided grooming services for my dogs for 25 yrs. I needed someone that was good with an older Maltese dog that has several health issues, and was not easy to groom.
I ran across the listing for ZZ Petcare, although there weren’t a lot of reviews, all reviews were very positive and addressed my needs. So, I booked an appointment.
In summary Zoe, did an excellent job. She followed instructions to the letter, was patient with Buttons, and her price was reasonable.
I highly recommend ZZ Petcare, and feel confidant that I have found my replacement groomer.
I will absolutely book with Zoe in the future.

However ZZ's responded and fit me in quickly. My cat hadn't been groomed in over 7yrs. Did a Excellent job!!!!!

Zoe did an amazing job and went above and beyond for me. I was requesting for anyone who could shave/lion cut one of the most difficult cats in existence, and she took the job. I have two cats, and my short-haired Petunia only really needed a bit of a bath because she had a lot of dandruff. My longhair cat Elvira was a different story. I knew she was going to be a really tough customer, and she needed that lioncut with the hairballs she coughs up every week. Zoe tried, and the first day with Elvira we were unable to even clip her nails as she was screaming and running for her life, even with the restraints (she eventually broke free from) and calming meds in her system.
Zoe told me that she could refer me to a vet, and contacted her to see if she could make it happen. And by God she made it happen. She contacted me a day before the vet visit, and gave me some vet recommended drugs to prep her as well as arranged her groomer, Celina, to come pick Elvira up. She even gave me treats to help get Elvira to eat the meds when the time came. Now I admit, I probably made a major mistake, in that I may have made Elvira fast too early (last feeding was in the morning 4am before), and fed her a bit of breakfast the next day so that she could stop attacking/hissing at everyone within a 3 ft radius. So when I tried to give her laced food and treats, she absolutely refused any of it with a couple whiffs, and a saunter away.
I managed to get her in the carrier for pickup, but I let Zoe know the trick didn't work and she rolled with the punches. Celina picked her up, and I went off to work. I got updates every two hours and Celina was very responsive to my queries about Elvira's status. In the end, they dropped her off at my home in the evening with a lion cut and a cat ready to sleep off the rest of a stressful day.
I can only say that my cat most likely fought the process every step of the way, but these miracle workers managed to get my cat done. And even when it took more money than was quoted, I know these ladies deserve every penny of it because I didn't think anyone would really get my cat done. Thank you guys for working with my cat to get her lion cut. It means a lot and I hope I can continue with your services in the future!

They were very flexible. Very nice and friendly. Took there time with all aspects of the grooming process. My Bandit loved them, Bandit is 14 years old. I would recommend them, epically good with senior pets💖 🤸 😇 ☺

Knows so much about so many different kinds of critters since she has years of experience in the pet care business. Of course dogs and cats, but add rabbits, birds, reptiles, rodents and more to the list. It’s really amazing how many types critters large and small she has knowledge about. She has taken care of my bunnies and kitties for years as well as my other friends critters great and small. Reliable and trustworthy.

Anne and ZZ’s petcare is wonderfully caring, reliable, and professional!!! She has been watching Male eclectus parrot for a number of years. She is extremely knowledgeable of parrots and knows how to handle them, care for them, and interact with them. It has always been hard to find someone who has the confidence to deal with exotic animals and I’m glad I found her.I always travel assured that my boy is getting the best care. Anne not only feeds and cleans, but she offers love, companionship, a true “touch” to each visit. My birds always look forward to her visits.
