I am happy with the way everything turned out. James exceeded our expectations with the shed. It looks like a little house. He was very interested in hearing my opinions and tried to implement what I had to say even during the construction project. I think that was the biggest thing for me. That he listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him.

I had James build a custom shed for my backyard. I wanted a farmhouse board and batten style look and James really did deliver on the final product. I am extremely happy with the result. Although it took a while because of covid shipping times for the siding material(special order), once it did arrive, it was well worth the wait. James has great attention to detail and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns and even did a few extra things per my request without charging me. Overall, this was a great experience and the final product is truly stunning. It did cost a lot more than a regular built shed from home depot or lowes, but I wanted that custom style anyway. Five stars.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well if there are existing plans for a home addition or a new home then we discuss the work and give a bid within two weeks' time.
If there are no plans then we help our clients in the development of those plans. Bringing the vision onto reality via paper.

Each project is different, and it all comes down to what needs to be done and how much needs to be done. Say you're doing a kitchen remodel and you decide you want to move the fridge over, and then move the stove over, and then the sink to another location. All that is plumbing that needs to be relocated and that can cost a lot more money than if someone were to reskin the existing layout.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If we were to give advice to any potential clients it would be to be decisive. It will save both of us time and hopefully money.
