What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial meeting is taken with the client, this can be over the phone, in person or over zoom. At that time we will discuss your needs, desires, budget , time line and how we can assist in reaching these goals.
A proposal will then be drafted and sent to the client for review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nickole, the Pricipal and Lead Designer has honed her design acumen via traditional and hands on experience
Guided by her fierce entrepreneurial nature ,before even graduating design school she founded her company assisting clientele she met via her position as a real estate professional.
Assisting clients with new construction builds, renovations, kitchen and bath design and FF&E selections.
This is has given Nickole a strong foundation working with contractors, vendors, and real estate professionals.
Today the vision for The Lab continues to grow and evolve into product , textiles, and branding for clients, expanding on the ever evolving language of design.
