FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

All customers (Returning & New) are required to make reservations in advance. Availability for dates requested is determined at time of inquiry. Once reservations have been made (Via Phone or Email) we can email our paperwork and requirements of vaccinations ahead of time OR customers may fill out the paperwork and provide proof of vaccinations upon scheduled check-in day. Upon check-in, all leashes are sent home with pet owners and collars with no name tags.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 100 years of combined ecperience in dog grooming and pet care.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All Cats $20.00/night (Includes dry & canned wet food, playtime, food & water bowls, bedding, litter and litter box)

Small Dogs (30 lbs. or less) $30.00/night

Medium Dogs (31 - 60 lbs.) $35.00/night

Large Dogs (61 - 99 lb.s) $40.00/night

Extra Large Dogs (100 lbs. +) $45.00/night

All dogs are provided with their own private kennel, bedding, food & water bowls, 2 meal times with our Natures Domain Turkey & Sweet Potato Dry and/or Wet canned food OR you can bring food from home and 3 Exercise sessions each day in our large 1/4 acre fenced-in play yard. Exercise is done on an individual basis. This means your dog will get the whole play yard to himself/herself with a staff member to play with. We do not let dogs socialize or play together unless they are from the same household/family.

How did you get started teaching?

We do not provide dog training.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Make sure to ask about the business' requirements for the service you are looking into and cost.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Look at cost depending on your budget. Ask for a quote for the dates you are looking for. Ask if they offer any discounts. Ask about extra costs. Ask what is included for the services you are looking for. Let businesses know if your pet needs medication, grooming, special needs, safety concerns in regards to your pets behavior towards strangers/male or female persons and other pets
