About this pro

My animal care is different from most because animals are my passion. I give 110% everytime and will make sure your pet is mentally stimulated the whole time we are around eachother. My goal is to someday be a Veterinarian & be able to save animals medically!

We do dog boarding, house sitting, oral, topical & injectable medicines, we care for cats at your home as normally we have 2-7 dogs at our home and wouldn’t want to stress your feline friends! We also care for fish, reptiles & birds!

Well I enjoy the pets! I enjoy all of them big small, fur or fins ❤️ Loving the job you do is the first step to a life with less stress and worry!

Lily is a consummate professional. She is very diligent, punctual, caring and knowledgeable. My dogs Mandi and Murphy love the time shes spends with them. The personal attention she gives to each of them is very important to me and I feel so at ease when I know my dogs are being cared for by her. She is the best sitter/walker my dogs have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone for their pet needs.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First off I’d like to meet you and your pets, get a basic routine of your day. I’ll ask about food, allergies, medical necessities, food toy or any type of aggression. I’ll ask how your pet plays and what you define as normal behavior. I’ll also let you know to add a shirt worn the previous day and some toys to remind your pup that you’ll be back!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

ive had dogs my whole life and cats, I’ve had a macaw and fish and hamsters, chickens, quails & many more animals. I’m from Brazil so a lot of my training comes from hands on things!

@silvapaws is my instagram

feel free to check it out.

How did you get started in this business?

my great love of animals and lack of trust of people caring for my animals, it’s so hard to find trusting people for your fur babies and I for one KNOW the struggle of having to leave town and leave my furry babe behind. That’s why I do what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

all types!

chill!

needy!

first time pet owners!

owners who has me put snow pants on their pups on rainy days!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

this is hard!

I recently took in a pup because the previous owners landlord could not keep him.

he is now my baby boy Simba who you will be meeting if your pet stays with me!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone who asks you about the important things, such as your dogs allergies, your dogs potty routine, your dogs eating schedule, how are you love your dog, what you guys do at night, someone that’s going to care about your pets daily routine as someone who’s going to care for your pet properly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

First of all have your pets needs written down again such as food allergies emergency information, kennel training, where their toys are, where their collars and leashes are, if they wear collars and leash at home, if they are comfortable with the pet off leash, aggression, any aggression, toy, food and any other type. Also it would be really nice if you could mention any medical procedures done in the past two years!
