What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To work with a new client, we started with an interview with the client by phone or in person to know their expectatives, and let them know how we can help them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a team of two Architects, one with more than 15 years of experience in interior designer field working for different furniture stores offering the full house interior design service. The other Architect has a deep knowledge in Project Management, Architect residential design.

How did you get started in this business?
We started to work in US for other companies for a long time until we decided to work for ourselves in 2019, Before moving to US we run our own companies in our countries.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The types of clients whose we worked is the clients that want a refresh for their house, or a from the scratch interior design service. Also, we worked with the clients that need a professional who help from his side as a Project Manager for their construction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The best advice we can gave to a customer looking to hire a pro is checking the pro background, professional title and credits, and their experience. Checking client references is also a good idea.
