Prior to a landscape job the wife was very skeptical, upon completion she teared up and squeezed me so hard I thought I may pop
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find someone that is blunt and informative but yet flexible and soft spoken, not afraid to give not only ideas but also pros and especially cons along with having forseight from experience. This way a customer knows what they are getting and knows they are in good hands.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Useable space, family, dining, gaming, specialty areas, textures and especially budget along with questions on how they can create the items and how they will be constructed in detail.
