About this pro

Hi! My name is Andre Taylor Jr., owner of Royal Palms Lawncare & Landscaping. I've worked in the field of lawncare now for about 10yrs and I must say it truly is a passion of mine, over the past couple of years I've worked continuously to ensure that I build a company that not only am I proud of but my employees & customers are proud to be apart of as well. What puts Royal Palms above the rest is the true passion my workers display at every property we service. I always preach to my guys to treat every property as if it were their own home, and I must say they do just that. All Royal Palm employees have at least 5yrs of experience and are true professionals at what they do. Our customer service and attention to detail is unmatched, what the customer wants we promise to deliver.

What I enjoy most about lawncare is the great feeling you get when you transform someone's yard into something beautiful. The more work it takes to complete a yard the better you feel once it's accomplished. Attention to detail is BIG with my company.

Royal Palms Lawncare & Landscaping is an Outstanding Company. Our entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. I highly recommend. We hired them to resod. I requested several estimates online. (Finding a competent contractor is so hard! Too many contractors out there either don’t respond at all, or make an appointment and don’t show or call, say they’ll get back to you & don’t, are ridiculously overpriced, have a bad attitude and/or have terrible/no customer service skills.) Royal Palms Lawncare & Landscaping is the Exception to that rule! We couldn't be happier. The pricing was fair, and the the quality of work was excellent. Andre arrived on time, the job was completed on time. and the job site was cleaned up at the end the day. He’s fast and takes pride in his work. Andre Taylor, Jr at Royal Palms Lawncare & Landscaping is the Perfect example of what all contractors should be: Honest, Courteous & Highly Professional Knowledgeable & able to answer all of our questions Outstanding Customer Service - Quick response to all contacts and appointments; Received a prompt detailed proposal/estimate Excellent Communication Skills - kept us posted about what was happening with each aspect of the job. Willing to go the Extra Mile -Andre had finished laying the sod & it looked great! We’d asked him to not plant sod from the house to the roof drip edge. He gave us a few suggestions on how to treat the bare dirt area. We chose pavers figuring that he would come back at a later date. Surprisingly, he actually went to Home Depot & sent pix of pavers, bought them & came back to install the pavers right away, after having finished laying the sod! (Seriously – name a contractor who’s willing to go the extra mile like that!) I want to Thank Andre (again!) at Royal Palms Lawncare & Landscaping for restoring my faith in contractors & actually making this experience a pleasant one!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

my typical process when working with a customer starts with the customer making contact and explaining what it is they would like done. I would then do 1 of 2 things, I would either show up and give the customer a quote on the service, or if it's a basic service I don't need to show up for I will google search the home size and give a quote over the phone.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in psychology so I'm a real peoples person, and I've been working in the field of lawncare now for the past 10years.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Basic Cuts can be as low as 25$ depending on the size of the property and what exactly it is the homeowner wants done. If the customer wants trimming done, leaf cleanups, etc. those prices with be discussed accordingly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

When looking for lawn service a customer should look for these 3 things. 1) What exactly is it I want done to my yard. 2)How much am I willing to spend to get my lawn how I would like it!. 3) Making sure the company I hire is reliable. I hear all the time from new customers that their lawn service just doesn't show up at all sometimes but they are still being billed. So reliability is key!
