Since 2012, my focus has been on Real Estate Sales. My knowledge and experience in the sale of real property through probate, trust, and conservatorship, as well as conventional sales has helped me to achieve as a top producer. I assist all clients throughout San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County. 

Staying involved with my local Realtor® Association and Networks such as the Young Professional Network (YPN), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), and Women’s Council of Realtors® ensures I can provide my clients a long reach into the Real Estate Community, which helps me to better serve, and benefit my clients. Since my first Probate Transaction, I knew this would be my niche. My clients are not only clients, but family. They mean everything to me and my goal is to create lifelong relationships with these clients and their families.

What I enjoy most is helping people to achieve their goals (and dreams).  I take pride in walking them through the process and ensuring they understand every step.  I hope to educated my clients, and their families, on how to get the home at a great price while setting a plan to get the most out of it for years to come! Each of my sales are different. I love that I have such a diverse job that stretches me out of my comfort zone each and every time!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will first speak to the potential client to determine their needs and wants.  I then send a new client binder with information on Purchasing and Selling a home. Lastly, I meet the client to follow up and set a plan into motion on how to achieve their goal!


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I not only Chaired my local Association of REALTORS®️ Education Committee I have stayed involved in many other events and Associations. I have an excellent business coach and continue to pursue designations and other Realtors Estate and business training.

No.  It is based upon the purchase or sale.  Buyers do not pay my fees.


How did you get started in this business?

As a property manager first.  I loved assisting clients with their housing needs that I first became an advocate for Homeownership them became a REALTOR®️assist in the purchase and sales of Single Family, Commercial, Condo, Coop, and other land transactions.


What types of customers have you worked with?

ALL!  I feel confident assisting not only first time buyers, repeat buyers, investors but also troubled seller. It’s a great feeling to be well versed and able to asssist all types of clients with their Real Estate needs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Interview and find someone you feel comfortable with and communicate well with.


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Are they mentally ready for this commitment.  Most buyers know and feel confident they are financially prepared but it is important they understand it CAN BE a stressful process.
