Anthony went above and beyond to get job done without cutting corners, despite running into unexpected obstacles. He’s also strategic about planning his work, always thinking a few steps ahead. He’s always responsive and on the spot when I have a question or emergency situation. Highly recommended.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually when a customer calls they are stressed out and needing a solution for their plumbing problem. First I gather as much information as possible about the task, then I reassure them that they are in good hands and I also make them aware the cost of my labor is definitely not nearly as expensive as any other plumbing contractor/company in the Bay Area. Usually after that I will get out to the job and take a look in person, after that I will give them a quote right there on the spot and if they agree with everything I will get straight to work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 2006 I joined the local 38 plumbers apprenticeship program in San Francisco. This is a union trade school that teaches students everything you can possibly learn  about the plumbing trade from studying through books and hands on courses in shop class, at the same time working every day as a apprentice on big commercial buildings from the ground up. After 5 years of training and schooling I graduated as a journeyman plumber and received my license. I have been a journeyman plumber for 10 years now and I know the trade like the back of my hand.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I pride myself in working with my customers on a price that will be less than any other plumbing company in the Bay Area. Please don't think because I charge less that my work must not be good, thar is not the case at all, please just know you will be getting professional quality work that will not leak or be damaged and will be done right the first time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers and I have no preferences.
