What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide excellent customer service from start to finish. Guarantee!! First one of our licensed contractors conduct a visual roof inspection, once client decide to move forwad with our company, one of our property analyst assist with proposal and permitting process. Our relations Manager sends a welcome email, followed by a welcome call to go over details of new project. Contractor schedule a walkthrough with client to go over project details and to answer additional questions. During the course of the project, we do follow-up visits on a daily basis to supervise our workers and to ensure project gets done on a timely manner. We work fast, keep areas clean at all times, always available to take call from client, and we also provide a 24hr emergency services. Once the project is completed and final inspection is passed, we then send our web coordinator to take a few pics and video of the new roof and send copy to home owner as a token of appreciation
