    Mike from Pest Support saved me a ton of money on a termite infestation. I contacted 3 other companies and they were all charging me several thousands of dollars for a termite tent. Did you know that there's a tent-less option that doesn't keep you out of your home for several days? I didn't until Mike educated me. Even though he could have ripped me off like all the other guys he didn't. I literally saved THOUSANDS! I highly recommend his company because he's honest and really just wants to help.

    I had what appeared like black dust at the edges of my baseboards. Michael from Pest Support came to my house right away and identified that I had termites. Instead of selling me on a crazy expensive tenting service he identified the sections that were infested and treated them through the walls for a fraction of the cost of a tent. We only had to be out of the house for like 6 hours and didn’t have to go through the process of having to wash everything nor having to rent a hotel for days. I haven’t seen any termites since and he threw in a warranty so if I have anymore issues I can just call hassle free.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When a service request comes in I try to understand the problem by either looking at photos sent by the customer, facetiming them, or in person. Once I identify what the problem is and what's causing it I provide the customer an estimate and once approved complete the service. Most services have a follow up visit to make sure the problem has been resolved completely.
