What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients will just need to fill out our online contact form www.nikkisdoghouse.com/contact
we will then schedule your pups for a day of daycare that will include a behavioral screening. All dogs that receive either daycare or overnight care services goes through the same process to ensure all pups are able to participate in socialization activities. We only accept dogs who meet dog daycare requirements : fully vaccinated , crate trained, neutered or spayed by 8 months old, friendly toward other dogs, and on flea preventative.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have canine behavior training , veterinary technician training and certification. I have worked with canines for over 10 years.

Dog daycare is $30 per day 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday (No holidays)
overnighth Care is $45 per night hours past original drop off time will be charged as daycare .
Holiday season stays is $55 per night
How did you get started in this business?
I began dog daycare when I left work to stay at home with my new born daughter . After the clientel grew I moved the business to a commercial location.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all clientel with friendly pups. Even ones with shy dogs and worked with them to bring out a more confident dog. Hablamos espanol tambien.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Clients know their beloved dogs very well, however just recently a client assured us that even though his pup was well mannered around other dogs , she prefers people and does not play with other pups. We sent him videos of his shy Labrador having the time of her life with her BFF here at Nikki’s Dog House .
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always go with where your dog can’t contain his excitement when he’s being dropped off. Your dog will always make it very clear where he or she is happiest .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
ask all questions you feel you need to have the assurance your dog is in the right hands .
