What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers by gathering the instructions in what the details are, how the job is requested to be handled and the time line to finish it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eduactional background with social work and human services, canine care, general home improvements, customer service and sales, personal care giving and child care.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My prices flucuate in the details of the job. I charge a $40 dollar travel fee on top of my normal cleaning fee. A normal cleaning is $175 for 3 rooms. 5 rooms is $225 this is $25 dollar charge per room. Deep cleaning is an additional price as well. Let's say fridge and oven are in dire need of cleaning and floors are screaming shampoo and walls too. Additional price can vary up to 120. This all includes windows, base boards, polish silver trims and cleaning the window screens and securing anything that needs to be in its place if you are trying to get your rental deposit back. I also do gardening and animal care for grooming certified. I am always available to discuss negotiation on prices so please call anytime to discuss. (341) 529-7254
How did you get started in this business?
I have started cleaning houses and pet care/sitting at the age of 16. I have been hired by people located throughout the bay area, some I do not know and some have been family friends for ages. I am a social butterfly and a people pleaser, so I never leave my work until the job is finished correctly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped care give for a wonderful woman who had brain surgery and could barely walk. I have assisted people with special needs with food preperations and chores around the house in order to better live life.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have helped a woman who was very interested in creating a small class of students and teaching. I rebuilt her backyard and walkway so there would be an area for the children to enjoy outside. The lady was so happy with her home and the classroom I created for her, she actually cried. Her home was a cluster of papers, books, and learning toys and everything needed organization. I made her wishes come true. Her home was given the OK by the county for the dream of teaching kids in her home . I know that my services went above and beyond because her smile lit up the entire room.
