What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short talk to avoid confusion, then we have our technician make an appointment at your convenience, the technician will complete the job and Mermaid-Engineering.com will email your invoice once you are satisfied with the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire only the most qualified technicians with excellent experience to be able to help you with all of your needs. We have staff in Hawaii, Calif, Arizona, Tennessee, Illinois, Texas and Florida for your needs. We offer ZERO percent interest for 6 months, terms apply. Mermaid-Engineering.com

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our rate is $85 per hour, travel charge fees may apply and cancelation fees may apply. Generally there is a 2 hour minimum with a trip charge, comes to $175. We often save our clients money because we can do alot in 2 hours.
