FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most importantly I manage what their expectations are and we make sure we provide the best service and experience possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been cleaning carpets and upholstery and doing restoration for over 20 years

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have set cost per room so you can call me at 786-447-9019 and I will give you the pricing.

How did you get started in this business?

At Seventeen my parents had gone through much and I was forced to move out and live alone. Along the way I learned a lot I met incredible people that help me to where I'm at today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with the largest most prestigious hotels in South Florida. Think of the top names and I've either done work with them in the past or  I am currently still doing work for them.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I have a great time fishing it's my side passion and I really look forward to being out on the water.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I strongly recommend that you hire a company that has a truck mount system especially if you slip in a single family home. Truck mounts are way more thorough than portable units even though you can do a great job with a portable it just takes much longer and the drying times are also longer.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Will my carpet stay wet all night? Are you insured?
