What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a walk through which we utilize the time to establish the beginning of a relationship that will be all about you. We will take into consideration what input you might need or to be attentive to your ideas.
I then personally hand the customer a photo copy of my insurance and our business mission. Statement, as I take personal notes towards a business quote
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a journeyman IRONWORKER though untill recently ,painting and home improvement had only been a side gig then I suffered a stroke and am now skeptical about walking around 5 + levels off the ground

Generally I perform handy man services till my date comes up to take the general. Contractors test,so with that said to keep within legalities on much bigger projects I request that the homeowner acts as the builder and pays my crew hourly as employees THOUGH I WILL THEN PROJECT AN HOURLY QUOTE WITH ALLOTTED BY NO MEANS WILL BE EXCEEDED.
