What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coming to thier home to evaluate and give them any ideas I may have on something that may need to be cleaned or cleaned a certain way giving them the best results. Of course hearing them out and getting a feel and understanding on what they are requesting from me
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've have tons of training being a CNA care provider has taught me certain ways to make sure I'm not allowing germs to spread I've had housing keeper training in a class room as well as hands on

I base my pricing by the job site and the client sometimes we need a helping hand I rather be that helping hand vs the person who charged an arm and half a leg
