I take pride in having a locally owned, and small business. I pay for all my employees to be CPR and First Aide Certified. I do ALL initial meet and greets, this allows me to introduce myself and the company. Then after that we take the time to match you up to the perfect pet care provider. And I also do services, so it may be me! My rates are affordable as this is just a company I created because of my love for animals. I have a passion for making the clients feel comfortable and know that their pets are in good hands! I perform background checks on all my employees and follow up background checks yearily. I check in with my employees AND my ... View Profile

Claws For The Cause

Claws For The Cause

I became a dog trainer 11 years ago, and started my pet sitting business, Claws for the Cause, in 2009.  I'm pet CPR and First Aid certified, pet psychology certified, and insured. I'm able to give most medications without problem (including IVs for dogs and cats). I love to work with all species, not just dogs and cats. I currently see ferrets, sugar gliders, rabbits, Guinea pigs, bearded dragons and other lizard species, cornsnakes, various python and boa species, geckos, and more.  I'd love to provide loving, reliable care for you and your pet companion, whether it’s for training or sitting. My service is unique in that I really enjoy senior dogs and am unafraid to give medications or change diapers. Puppies are great too, don't get me wrong - but there are lots of care providers who will take care of young animals. In my experience it is difficult to find someone who has experience with and isn't afraid of older dogs.Currently, I charge $45 per day for ONE small/medium dog. Large dogs are $10 more per day, and dogs that require medication to be administered are also $10 more per day. A second dog would be an additional $20 per day. I have 2 smaller dogs of my own, so yours will need to be comfortable with that. If your travel ta ... View Profile

Moonlight Pet Sitting

i've been around animals my whole life, from dogs to cats, birds to reptiles. Im very good at reading body language and have a knack for learning each individual animal's personalities and quirks. I also have experience with animals with a temper or picky animals, including birds that would do well in a piercing career and pit bulls that live up to the stereotypes (which i don't believe in, i myself own a pit mix and hes the sweetest giant lap dog.) No matter the situation me and your little companion will get along just fine. ... View Profile

Harstine Dog Behavior Center

Harstine Dog Behavior Center

My training methods involve positive techniques and reinforcement, applied and backed up with an authoritative, alpha attitude. I earn the respect and love of the dogs that I work with, and they perform and behave for me by choice and their own free will, not because of fear, intimidation or pain. I never force a dog to do anything, I ask them, and they respond because they want to, though there are consequences for choosing not to obey or behave. I work closely with their owners and teach them how to connect with their dog, and how to train them themselves using the proper techniques and methods, how to communicate with their dog and underst ...
