I am certified and trained carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, upholstery, cleaning air duct cleaning, emergency water extraction, leather cleaning, mattress cleaning, COVID sanitizing, laminate and vinyl plank floor cleaning, pressure washing, as well as granite countertop polishing, also we can apply fiber protection and hard surface sealers that last. All of our cleaning products are hypoallergenic children and PetSafe. We care about our clients. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates for all our new customers. We Will always display our insurance upon request. We encourage our new customers to research our company on Google to see whatever other customers have to say about us. Our work is 100% guaranteed. We are not a gimmick carpet cleaning company also we do not use high pressure sales tactics our prices is our price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am WRT certified by IICRC. I've gone through several training courses over the years. I've trained several companies in the process of properly cleaning using health safe chemicals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
In our trade it is impossible to have a standard pricing system. Every job is different however our pricing is fair and honest. We are not out to gain the most money off of a client on a single job we would rather have a client for life.
How did you get started in this business?
My brother owned a carpet cleaning company when I was younger and I worked for him and really enjoyed the trade and I've been doing it ever since for 25 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked for the Broward center performing arts Parker playhouse Riva towers MetroPCS cricket Mobile shoe carnival Dwayne The Rock Johnson and other famous people such as Franco Harris and several top CEOs who always request to be anonymous.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This week we were called out from a property manager who was in desperate need because of a pipe break on the 5th floor. I was called because we have appeared on the cover of property management magazine. We were able to respond within 30 minutes and mitigate a lot of damage. I'm fond of the fact that we we're able to save the property tens of thousands of dollars in damage. I was thanked by all the board members for my quick response. But to narrow it down to a recent event is very difficult because I'm fond of numerous jobs every month.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Some advice I give customers is always research The companies you are going to hire. Look at the reviews. Stick with a company that's family owned and an operated so you can rest assure that some stranger will not be showing up at your house that hasn't been properly vetted.
