The hotel and food service industries have zero tolerance for insects. I bring that same expertise and standard of service to all my  customers.

Thanks in advance for the opportunity to quote you on our service. I can be reached at 954-529-9536 for a FREE, NO OBLIGATION inspection or consultation.

The best part  of my job, and what I love best, is the look  of relief on  the face of a client whose pest problem was solved.  And that is what is so awesome about this profession.

My experience went exceptionally well . Both gentlemen were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the pests and took their time to give me explanations of how and why I’m experiencing this infestation of roaches . They were quite diligent in the process of eliminating the pests. I would definitely recommend Harry’s extermination services .

Harry’s Extermination Service provides excellent service. The technician Leaford and his associate did a very thorough job when inspecting my home. They also were very professional and explained in detail the process of what they were doing. I’m very happy with the service. Ants and spiders are no longer taking over my home. I’m looking forward to my next follow up 3 month maintenance service.

They are the most thorough pest control service I’ve had. Once their job was completed, I never had any further trouble with insects.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We do a FREE inspection, then discuss our findings with the client and  if we come to an agreement, we proceed to do the job.  Once we are finished, we then explain to the client what to expect and the timeframes in which they can expect to see the results.  We then make sure all areas are left clean; agree to a follow up service date and time,; thank the client and make our exit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training with Sears Termite & Pest Control; Training with Ecolab Pest Elimination; and with the University of Puerto Rico

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing is done based on factors such as: type of pest; size of the area to be treated; type of treatment; frequency of treatment; and severity of the problem.

How did you get started in this business?

By mere good fortune; in March of 1990 I responded to an ad for a sales job with Sears.  I later found out that the job was a sales/service job for pest control. I soon fell in love with the profession and that was the best thing that happened to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with households; schools; big name hotels; cruise ships; all the major fast food chains; commercial establishments; and a major food processing plant.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was fortunate to be able to help a lady solve a Termite problem that manifested itself in the new countertop of her recently renovated kitchen.  She had just spent over $30,000.00 doing her dream kitchen and was not about to spend another $5000 on tenting the whole house, as per the quote from her pest control provider. She reached out to me through a mutual friend and I was able to solve the problem for less than $100. Needless to say, she is now my client .

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do you research on the issue then interview the potential providers to see who has the knowledge and the integrity to give you the full information on the pest and the best course of action, without trying to hasten your purchasing decision.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Questions surrounding the life cycle and habits of the target pest, as well as the type of treatment and the materials to be used.
