In the past 5 years I have had both of my bathrooms in my condo redone. The first one was quite a challenge since it was a half-bath that had had a shower added by a previous homeowner, totally unpermitted. Gembuilt had to dig down to the sewer line and install a trap and a vent and then change the shower from a plastic insert to tile. They also did my kitchen floor at the same time. The second job was this past March, 2019, in my upstairs bath. No issues except having to install a header to allow a pocket door instead of a standard door. They are always on time. The quality is excellent, and they are good with making suggestions for better ways as well as using mirrors, fixtures, etc. that I had bought. On this last job, I had bought the wrong size grab-bar and the project manager happened to have an extra from another job in his truck and gave it to me.

Gembuilt Remodeling just completed a full renovation of our master bathroom, and they did a fantastic job. It was very reasonably priced for such a big job - they replaced everything but the bathtub (flooring, glass-enclosed shower, custom cabinetry, tub surround, toilet, lighting, paint, etc.) and it looks beautiful. The only real issue we had was with the final bill following a few change orders (keep your receipts!), but I worked with the office/accounting staff, and we were able to get it resolved quickly enough. Everyone from the sales, office staff, project manager, contractors, etc. were very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Gembuilt construction & Remodeling!

Our project involved major architectural changes, rigorous HOA board approvals, and a prior project that left our electrical situation a mess. I'm so glad we hired the experienced and personable team at GEMBUILT to help us tackle these things and more. They have a great eye for design which is an added bonus, and every subcontractor we met was very professional too. This is huge when you're leaving your home in someone else's hands. He was always willing to go above and beyond in resolving design challenges and in overseeing all of the details that go into a project of this kind. Their designer also helped me with picking out the cabinets, tiles, flooring, plumbing fixtures and even paint colors and I couldn't be more pleased with the aesthetics of my new space. I sent a quotes to some companies, some answered, some not and Gembuilt gave me the most detailed answer for upcoming project. They offered me just what I wanted and the price was very reasonable.
