Eric was real informative, polite and communicated exactly what I needed in order to replace my water heater. Out of all the plumbers I reached out to he stood out the most. I just have to say this about E. Mays Plumbing. This business was far more than what I expected to come to my home to replace my water heater. Mr. Mays came within a day of needing his assistance which was very much appreciated. I was concerned that he as traveling a distance to my home, but that was not a problem for Mr. Mays in fact he was able to come early and called before he showed up. Once here he was very professional, confident in what he was doing, made the repair with excellence, and took the time to explain the process to me. Mr. Mays is a professional who cares about his business and doing the best job for his customer. I would and will use this business again for any of my plumbing needs. It is rare to find a business that truly cares about their reputation this business cares about making sure you are taking care of and at a fair price. If you chose to use this business you will not be disappointed.

I had my drains clogged so I hired Eric to do the job and he explain to me how old my piping was and the Hydro jetting would be a safer route he even did it for the same price when it was a more expensive service because I didn’t have all the money he’s a sweet person and very respectful definitely recommend to anybody thank you Eric

I have been part of building Mitsubishi Amazon in Sacramento and Stockton, impossible foods in Oakland, UC Davis Medical Center and many more projects
