What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First-time house cleanings can take 4-6 hours to clean depending on the size and how much work is involved. After the first cleaning is done we give customers 48hrs to give us a call if not satisfied and we go back and retouch anything that need it at no charge. first Cleaning(deep cleaning) include all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following: Clean all wall hangings,Remove books and clean bookshelves, Wet-wash baseboards and door facings,Clean window sills,Clean light fixtures,Clean outsides of cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms,Clean ceiling fans,Dust vents,Vacuum/sweep under beds and furniture (if accessible)
