Dany was quick to answer my request, giving me a call instead of just texting an answer. We spoke briefly about the problem and he manage to find the time to come on the same day! Was able to pay through paypal, which is event better during our times of social distancing.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting in person to see and discuss what the job intails. If customer agree and the price fits the customers budget, we go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 20 yearsof hands on plumbing experience in residential and commercial.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All prices depend on job specifications and material used.

Price also depends on wheather the customer chooses to provide their own material. if customer provides all material, you will just pay labor.

How did you get started in this business?

Family trade that was passed on to me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Although i work with various customers from small jobs to big jobs, a typical customer for me is usually a homeowner who is building a brand new house or a complete remodel.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Do not be pressured into doing work that you didnt originally ask for. If plumbing is bad, ask for evidence such as a camera inspection. Make sure they are able to explain in detail the work thats needed to do and if there are any alternatives.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

For remodels or new constructions, you must have blue prints before I can give an estimate.

For repipes, What is your budget? What material do you want that falls into your budget. Do you need to pass inpsection? Make sure to talk to the city and get a permit for work.

Service calls, Most of the time it is a simple fix other times, not so much. Do you constantly need to call for service? Is your house older? Be prepared of the possibilty of needing to replace pipes. Many issues are due to roots invading the pipes and corrosian.

Please remember that our time is very valuable. When you hire a plumber you are paying for our experience. An experienced plumber should be able to go in, get the job done with very little-to-no mistakes in a timely manner. The same plumber should be able to correct his own mistakes if any.
