FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After an introduction by a phone call or email, I set up a meeting to better understand your needs and timeframe as well as introduce you to details of my services. If you are a home seller, I will schedule a second meeting where I will provide an in-depth analysis of a suggested list price of your home as well as a marketing strategy and calendar.  If you are a home buyer, I will set you up to receive automated listing information for those properties that meet your criteria as well as provide you weekly information about properties that are new to the market. Based on continual feedback, I will help you narrow your search. In 2016, my listings sold in an average of 12 days and my buyers secured their home with an average of 1.5 offers.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Hire someone local.  The market is extremely competitive and having "known" representation is often key in securing a property or preparing a home to appeal to the broadest possible demand.
