My main sewer line was clogged, I was unable to clear the line so I called Chandlers Plumbing. They were out within the hour and used a sewer line camera to inspect my main sewer line. They found many tree roots clogging the line. They were able to quote me to replace and reroute the line. They were available to start right away. I called around to get additional quotes and opinions. But Chandlers was right and the best price. They are honest and reliable. I was quoted twice as much as what Chandlers quoted me from another company.

I had an emergency leak in my upstairs tub/shower but also used the time to replace three 21 year old toilets. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, effective in diagnosing the problem and suggesting improvements to avoid future problems. One issue they found was my incoming pressure was well above 100 psi which causes premature wear and increases the risk of leaking. They installed an inline pressure regulator to reduce the high pressure issue. They also fixed my upstairs shower door, lubed and resealed the runner at no extra cost. I highly recommend using Chandler's Plumbing.

He replaced all my old, dangerous, and poorly functioning, angle stops, as well as the connections for the washing machine in our laundry closet, ( 11 in all ), did it right the first time, checked them all to be sure they were functioning properly, not to mention shutting down and restoring water to the building, and clearing our faucet aerators that became clogged from sediment in the water pipes, and was finished in 2 & 1/2 hours! Sunday night late I noticed water under my sink. Apparently there has been a slow leak for some time. What a mess. Monday morning at 8:30 I call Chandler's. Monday morning at 9:25 Ray (from Chandler's) shows up. That's LESS than an hour! Seriously?!? Problem is with a riser to the faucet. Since he has to go pick up the part I ask if I can follow him and maybe he could help me pick out a new faucet since the one I have isn't working well. Not a problem. Helps me find the right kind of faucet. Pulls the old one, puts in the new one and is done by 10:30!!! Very friendly. Remembered my name. Fast. No leaks. I could not be happier. Bringing them back after the first of the year to do some outdoor pipe work for me.

My house was built in 1960 and the water pressure was low. Had a pipe leak under the bath room sink. The plumber found a hole in the pipe the was clogged and corroded. They arrived and completed my project on the day and time scheduled. Very polite. I needed my sewer cleaned out. I have an older house which did not have the necessary sewer access needed. They were able to determine the location of my sewer pipe. They needed to dig in my garden and they pulled up my daisy bush and my honey suckle bush. This was needed but I was disappointed. They corrected my sewer pipe problems and to my surprise replanted my bushes. They cost for their service was exactly the same as before they started the job. Not only did they fix my problem with my old sewer system, they also gave my home an improved pipe connection. They also saved my garden. He went to the City and got the appropriate permits and replaced the water line in one day. My water line ran under the driveway, so he cut a narrow trench across at a joint. After the City signed off, he closed the trench in the lawn and poured concrete to patch the driveway. After he made his repair, there was still a leak from under the driveway. He came out a couple of time to diagnose. Turns out the City had a leak in their service main as well. Very conscientious and cleaned up after his work. Our kitchen sink drain pipe was clogged but also it was originally installed incorrectly. The pipe came out crooked from the wall into the sink, garbage disposal, etc. They snaked the drain and worked with the strange configuration of the pipe and avoided the added cost of breaking into the wall to re-straighten the pipe. Chandlers Plumbing were great. Evan came out today to correct some issues by the manufacturer of our faucet. The faucet is great but as Evan pointed out the manufacturer needs to update their product with a better nut that fastens the faucet to the counter. They included only a plastic type of nut and like Evan pointed out with this type of faucet with a high spring sprayer making it so top heavy, a special custom brass or steel nut would be better. But he managed to get that plastic nut pretty tight then he caulked the base. So we're very pleased. Chandlers are very customer oriented and they take great care to make sure the customer is very satisfied. Which we are. I very much recommend them!

Last week I got a call from my mother saying that her house was absent of hot running water, so I swung by to take a look at the water heater. After going through the motions of what I could find on YouTube, I was at a complete loss. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing (who I had a wonderful experience with in the past,) and I explained what was wrong. It was in the afternoon, so I suspected I would have to wait until at least the next day, but a couple hours later the owner of the company showed up himself and remedied the issue inside of thirty minutes. My knowledge base of water heaters or plumbing for that matter is minuscule compared to his, so he could have easily sold me a new water heater and I wouldn’t have known any better. However, he (Ishmael) fixed the problem at a fraction of what I thought I was going to pay. All I can say is, it’s an statistical anomaly to find someone with that skill set, work ethic, and stand up personality when you’re in a jam like that.
