What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them at their home. We talk about what their needs are, how they use the room/s they're interested in doing over. Their budget is very important, it gives me a guideline to follow when specifying items.
We then work out a plan for them and proceed. I have a Letter of Agreement for them to sign. This agreement stipulates what I'll be doing for them, my hourly fee and stipulates that they'll be paying sales tax, shipping, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended The Western Design Institute that was later sold to St. Mary's College in Moraga.
I'm a Professional member of ASID, American Society of Interior Designers which requires testing and continuing education
