What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we typically introduce ourselves and ask the customer what they wish to have cleaned. From there we get an idea what the scope of work is and schedule the cleaning. When meeting with customer we explain what our cleaning process is, ask them to point out any problem areas, and then begin our work. With all jobs, we keep an eye out for any additional problem areas and make the customer aware of these. After the cleaning has been complete, we go over what we did, discuss any notes we had of the cleaning, and proceed to schedule the next cleaning or close the transaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nearly 10 years in the cleaning industry. IICRC certified.

Our pricing varies based on the job and job size. Some serives require an on site inspection prior to a quote. Please contact us directly for an online quote or to schedule an appointment for an on site quote.
How did you get started in this business?
After being in the cleaning business for almost the last 10 years, we decided it was time for us to go on our own & branch out our services. It's been a fun and exciting challenge and we love having a business where we can work directly with our own customers making sure they are receiving top quality service while building a business environment where everyone can thrive.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with several different types of customers: homeowners, contractors, rental owners, real estate agents, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently had the opportunity to support a local non-profit group, the Oakdale Rescue Mission. During their fundraiser we were able to donate some of our services to help them raise money to buy a home here in Oakdale so that they can serve the homeless in our community.
