What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to learn about their situation first and what they want to accomplish over coffee. Then I come back with a plan on either buying or selling. If buying, we need to have pre-qualification to begin. I ask that they visit my website and fill out the form under "Buyer" or "Seller" before we can make the appointment to save time.
