I have been using BA cleaners for almost a year now. The cleaners do a great job but I am writing this review to warn people about potential dishonest employees that work for this company. Today, I received an email from Anita, the owner, accusing me of shorting them money every time the cleaners have come. I pay $140 in cash EVERY TIME. Her email accused me of shorting them $5 by only paying $135 which would be impossible because I only pay in $20's. She claims that she has always just overlooked the $5 but this time I was short $20 so she had to email me. If you are going to use her service, please beware that Anita insists on being paid in cash only so there is no paper trail. If she has not been receiving $140 from me, that means her employees are stealing from her because I always pay $140 in the form of seven $20's. If her employees can't be trusted to get the payments to her in full, I don't believe they can be trusted to be in my house unsupervised. I will not be using their service again.

Needed a deep cleaning after a construction project in a pinch before Thanksgiving and Noemy and Alissa at BA House Cleaning delivered. Our house looks fantastic they did such a good job I'm signing on for permanent regular service. Professional and friendly service; would recommend to anyone looking for great residential cleaners.

Noemy S cleans our little carriage house rental. I really appreciate the care they take in providing a solid service for a quirky house full of cat hair. I know my pets (k own for bolting out doors) are safe when they are over and that I'll return to a clean home that smells like soap, not bleach. Five years and counting with this service.

I booked them for a move in cleaning. I expressed on the line that the house was recently renovated and needed a deep clean. They said they provided the service but they only do a very shallow surface cleaning. After making my reservation I read the yelp reviews. I could tell this was going to be a bad project from the reviews, so I tried to cancel. I called 2 days before my appointment to cancel and they told me they could not cancel right now and would call me back. I got called back the next day and when I asked to cancel they told me it would be $360 to cancel because it was less than 2 days from the appointment (I wonder whose fault that is?). Essentially, they forced their business on me. I thought we live in a society where no means no, but I guess that doesn't apply to all domains. It certainly doesn't apply to cleaners forcing themselves on you. After the project, I am regretting not paying them the $360 cancellation fee and going with a better service. They left trash all over the place, did very poor dusting work, and left me a pube in the toilet (seasons greetings). If I had known things would be this bad, I would have paid the $360 cancellation. In fact I'd happily pay them $360 to promise never to clean my house again.

Adela has been cleaning my house bi-monthly for about the last year or so. She's such an amazing cleaner! She always does such a great job and consistently does things every visit that are unexpected, such as cleaning inside medicine cabinets or cleaning the outside window ledge after fire season. The office staff is also super responsive and love the communication that makes all the difference! Highly recommend BA House Cleaning!

I initially booked a move out cleaning with BA Housecleaning because they had impressive before/after photos, and you could book online. They were communicative and professional. I appareciated all of the communication leading up to the cleaning! Three women took 2.5 hours to clean our house top to bottom. I was so impressed with the job they did! Our fridge had never looked so good! The oven was spotless! All of the little nooks and crannies were cleaned. A very smooth and skillful process all around! The price ($380) may have been on the higher end than other places, but I believe it was fair for the kind of work it is, the level of service and quality of outcome I received.
