What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer Free onsite water damage estimates and evaluations of all your emergency water damage needs for commercial and residential losses
We are licensed,bonded and insured and all of are technicians are IICRC Certified proudly servicing the entire bay area for over 20 years
Here is the 5 step process to your water damage loss
1st - We schedule a free onsite estimate wich provides details and extent of the damage at your property
2nd - Proper water extraction, and or removal of wet contents for proper drying
3rd- Drying of walls, floors, structures using state of the art air drying equipment also known as Air mover, Dehumidifiers, Air scrubbers
4th- Ensure all areas are properly dry and apply proper anti mildew inhibitor to all damaged areas
5th - Restoration process begins and property is properly restored back together as if it never happened
