This means that we solve construction challenges already during the design phase and do not leave them up to the contractor to solve because that typically introduces construction downtime, extra time and costs.

We oversee and Manage the whole Building Permit application process and prepare the required Construction Drawings and Documents including the following:

- Virtual Reality Walkthrough (Oculus Rift, Google Cardboard)

- Existing Building Site Survey (As-built Drawings, Spherical Photos)

- Architectural (Plans, Elevations, Sections, Schedules, Exterior and Interior Visualizations)
