They have only come out once so far, but James was wonderful. Walked the entire house and went over what he saw and his suggestions. Extremely reasonably priced, and great follow up when contacted!

From the moment I spoke to Jim Noonan I knew he was the right person for my termite problem. He set up an appointment with me the very same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. I bought my condo in 2010 and remodeled my kitchen. The termites showed up 5 yrs. later in my kitchen cabinet. I had the area treated and now 4 yrs. later they came back in the same area. Apparently they can be dormant for many years. My advise is to treat your cabinets before they're installed if possible. But if you have any pest problem I highly recommend Jim with Advantage Pest. I research everything before I purchase.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we like to get in contact with our customer and provide them with a free inspection to help identify the pest or lawn issue they are encountering. Once the source of the problem has been found, we are then able to give the customer an accurate quote and a realistic expectation of how we will be able to eliminate the problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been providing pest control and lawn care services for over 25 years. We are licensed and insured, and have obtained all of the proper licensing/certifications required to legally operate in the pest control industry.
How did you get started in this business?
We got started in the business 25 years ago, when our owner Jim Noonan began his own business devoted to providing top-notch customer service and pest control to each of his customers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both commercial and residential customers, providing lawn care services, pest control, and termite services to homes, apartments, condos, businesses, and all of the above!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look around, and to do their due diligence to find a trustworthy company like Advantage that will stand behind their products and services.
